SHEET PILE SHORING
We can use sheet piles for temporary or permanent applications. They provide sturdy lateral support and reduce groundwater inflow. This is a good option for below grade parking structures, pump houses and seawalls. They are also environmentally friendly, as they are made from recycled steel, and temporary piles can be reused.
H-PILE and LAG BOARD SHORING
This shoring method retains sole using vertical steel piles with horizontal lagging. We may use wood, steel or concrete for the lagging, which we add as the excavation progresses.
Shotcrete is a process of shooting concrete through a high-pressure hose onto the surface that needs shoring. We use shotcrete on many shoring projects, because of its flexibility and ease of use. It can form to any shape, and the end result is durable shoring with significant strength.
Some subsoils are not suitable for the type of construction planned, but we are able to stabilize it to provide strength, and control shrinking or swelling. We can customize the soil additives to stabilize the soil to project specifications.
PEACH TREE PUMP STATION
This is both a high quality and cost-effective method of supporting deep foundations. Piles can be made to suit your specific project, based on soils, stress levels and other factors.
PSC PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE PILE
These are made from top quality concrete, manufactured under controlled conditions. They are able to handle bending stresses without cracking.
AUGER CAST PILE
This is an excellent solution for both soil or rock foundations, and one that takes a high level of expertise to install. We are able to use this "cast in place" method to create a strong continuous pile, without defects.
MICRO PILE AND ROCK ANCHORS
We use small diameter piles, typically less than 12", drilled and grouted, usually reinforced. Underpinning and foundation support can be used in restricted overhead access areas, in close proximity to existing structures, and in difficult ground conditions.
For many of our deep foundation building projects, we use caissons to prevent settling or swelling. These are especially ideal for guarding against differential settlement.
This is one of the oldest, most widely used deep foundation solutions. While steel and concrete are often required for code, or for other specifications, we still use timber pile when it's the best solution for a specific project.
